SV	En zie, een geest neemt hem, en van stonde aan roept hij, en hij scheurt hem, dat hij schuimt, en wijkt nauwelijks van hem, en verplettert hem.

ASV	and behold, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth, and it hardly departeth from him, bruising him sorely.
BE	And see, a spirit takes him, and suddenly he gives a cry, twisted in pain and streaming at the lips, and when it goes away from him at last, he is marked as from blows.

Darby	and behold, a spirit takes him, and suddenly he cries out, and it tears him with foaming, and with difficulty departs from him after crushing him.
ELB05	und siehe, ein Geist ergreift ihn, und plötzlich schreit er, und er zerrt ihn unter Schäumen, und mit Mühe weicht er von ihm, indem er ihn aufreibt.
LSG	Un esprit le saisit, et aussitôt il pousse des cris; et l'esprit l'agite avec violence, le fait écumer, et a de la peine à se retirer de lui, après l'avoir tout brisé.

Sch	Und siehe, ein Geist ergreift ihn, und plötzlich schreit er, und er reißt ihn hin und her, daß er schäumt, und will kaum von ihm weichen, ohne ihn gänzlich aufzureiben.
Web	And lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth, and bruising him, hardly departeth from him.
Weym	At times a spirit seizes him and he suddenly cries out. It convulses him, and makes him foam at the mouth, and does not leave him till it has well-nigh covered him with bruises.
